FEES STRUCTURE

1.Application / Registration Fees (onetime non refundable )

a)    Rs. 100000/- for main company

b)    Rs. 25000/- for each additional company in Group

2.Charter Member ship Fee (payable quarterly in advance)

a)    Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum for member having turnover of up to 25 cr per annum.

b)   Rs. 2,00,000/- per annum for member having turnover above 25 cr up to 100 cr per annum.

c)    Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum for member having turnover above 100 cr per annum.

3.Integrated sales fees

a)    2.5% -5% of turnover of integrated sales transferred to Members. ( built in quote to customer)

4.Collaboration fees on Inlog platform

c)    1% payable by seller only. which include the credit risk insurance for seller by Inlog. 

Note:

1.       The application & registration fees shall be waived for the founder members /Aitwa / Renowned Logistics association members. 

2.       The members opting for special debentures of Rs. 50 lakhs for three years at coupon rates of 2.5% per annum will not be required to give annual membership fee for the duration of debentures. 

3.       The members will have option to take 100 lakhs ccd option at coupon rates of 0.1% which shall be converted to shares at end of three years at 35 % discount for any first public offering/institutional sale.
